Not sure if I could have run this any better ans a new PR!
Started the first 2 miles with the 2:00 pace group to keep from going out to fast. Settled into a steady pace for the the next 8 miles, then picked it up for the last 3.1.
Was at 57:41 for the halfway point. Knee held up throughout, slight hint of cramping about mile 9, but soon subsided.
