Notes
On of the best days we've had here weatherwise. Temps. wern't too bad low40's to high 30's. Some wind along the water and at the top of county st but not really bad. My knee held out ok till he end, it got a little stiff but not really bad it was ok by morning. Missed a PR for the course by 30 secs., oh well a reason to run it again next year!
