Ran two circuts of the Blvd. again today. Started out in bright sun and no wind. By mile four the sun had gone behind the clouds, the temp. dropped, and the wind picked up. It was like running on two different days.Knee really sore today, don't know if it's the track on the Blvd causing the problem, the surface is really rough right now. I don't seem to have as many problems when I run on the street. Who knows? Lots of people out today, spring is right around the corner.
