Too good a day not to go out. Hit 63 degrees today almost unheard of in late January. Snow is mostly gone and the roads not too messy. Felt pretty good, still plagued by knee problems, and a strange pain weakness in my forearms. I guess the saga continues. Not my fastest time today but this how I got myself to Toronto. I just have to get my head around it
