First run of the year on icy snow covered roads. Eight plus inches of snow fell yesterday and the roads are still a mess.
Left knee still sore some swelling but not as bad as wednesday pm.Right foot sore last night better today. December was my highest month of milage for the year and my body is rebeling. I wont wait as long this year to reach my milage goal. (1,000 miles )
