Good run today. Ran up in the Park first time this year. Road still closed to traffic which makes it a real pleasure to run. Did three at tempo, went back for another easy two to get my milage up and ended up doing the same pace for the next two miles. Oh well! Knee felt good. Breathing was steady if not easy. Bright sun always helps!
