Ran the Blvd. today. Had a decent run, beautiful day to be out there sunny and mild a little windy though. I was humbled by the Brown Univ. CC team. Managed to stay with the women for a couple hundred yards before they dropped me. Then the men caught up with me and I hung on for a couple of hundred feet! They really know how to hurt a guy. Of course i'm twice their age and half again as heavy let me see them do it in forty years!
