Notes
Good run today. Did two loops of ocean view trail for three miles. A little muddy along the ledges but for the most part it was in good shape. Not too crowded but quite a few people on the trail, beautiful day to be out there! Did another loop of the trail along with a section of Flint to cool down and get some photos.
