The weather is absolutly crazy. Went out on Saturday and froze my ass off, today it was almost sixty degrees.
The wind continues to be A FACTOR, WINDY AS HELL AGAIN TODAY, 16mph with gusts to 30mph makes for a difficult run when its in your face.
Biggest obstacle is my weight, can't seem to get back on track. No matter what I try it still seems to creep up.
The holidays are coming and thats always a bad time for me and food.
