Notes
Snow storm this morning. Couldn't face another round on the treadmill, got a break in the weather so Jean and I headed out. Was pretty miserable going out to the turn around, snow, sleet, wind right in our faces. After we made the turn it was like we were running on a different day, was actually quite nice. Snow started in earnest soon after we finished so i'm glad we got it in when we did. Time was an improvement today so theres still hope. Plan on running in Providence in two weeks so I have to get my act together.
