Another sunny blustery day. Ran on the bike path today. Had it mostly to myself, a good portion of it is closed for construction. I could still get by the gates so I did.It's passable but a real mess, basically a dirt road now. Still I managed to get in four miles. Saw a pair of red foxes on my return trip. The usual flocks of diver ducks are here but in the numbers that I would expect for this tiime of year.
I think this was the first time i've been back to walk or run since my CI. I really miss this place.
