Ran on the Blvd today. Beautiful sunny day. Not as crowded as I would have thought. Had towork to get my time under 10mm today. Had lunch at three sisters, couldn't get to Whole Foods the traffic was horrendus. Actually turned around and went home through Pawtucket. A couple more three milers and I will increase my miles if there is still no pain.
