Miserable run tonight. Traffic very heavy, puddles everywhere and the cars just wouldn't give me a break. Actually had a teenage girl step right into me while she was crossing the street. Knee pain pretty bad tonight and energy levels at the lowest I can remember. I think I need to find a Dr I can trust and find out what the hell is up. 5K race on Sunday and if I can't beat or match my last time out I think i'll have to walkaway for awhile.
