LSLM, 2 mi w/u, 3 x 1 mi @ 5K pace w/ 800m jog, 1 mi c/d, SAM Hard.
10 mph felt comfortably hard; I was not totally winded at the end of each rep. The half-mile jogs at 5.5 mph felt like more than enough recovery, too. The Garmin plots on my phone app look great -- HR peaked at 170, at the very end of the last rep. And, my last rep included finishing at a slightly faster pace.
This is a good last workout in the middle of the taper; very easy running from now until race day (except for 2 mi at MP on Tuesday next week).
