3 slow laps on a very easy 1.5 km loop … and it was brutal. Good to be out there, though.

Classic skied, used Fischers with purple V45 kick wax, stopped after 1 loop and applied red V55 and had a better go of it. Good glide — I scraped the storage wax off but did not even brush.

I’d like to get out and do this frequently enough to make progress with my fitness. But this really wiped me out!
