9.1 mile Fartlek run on treadmill. Kept paces in a smaller range (mostly 6.4 to 7.5 mph), nothing faster than 8.5 mph, and shorter periods down at 6.0 mph. Felt really good. Peak HR's were 155, 156, 158, and 162 bpm. Highest HR portion was 8.0 mph at 8% incline for ~1 minute.
