Hilly route, not a Hills workout per se.

My splits are faster than normal. I attribute that to not running for 2 days over the weekend (baseball tournament). So I ran a long-ish run (13.6 mi) with some very long hills. Felt lousy at the start; 2 days off made me feel like I had forgotten how to run until about 3 miles in.
