Notes

LMLS, plan called for 10 mi, 5 @ HMP, but I only managed 3.24 mi at HMP; SAM Hard.

Tough run just 2 days after my MP Long Run (17 with 7.5 @ MP).

I need about a week of easier running to allow myself to recover from these last few days. The humidity hit me hard at the same time that the plan called for these difficult workouts. Hopefully, I can recover before the next set of tough workouts.
