Notes

A few walk breaks early, then steady jogging (9:30 - 10:00 pace) thereafter. I needed an easy recovery day after Fri and Sat runs. One big difference in my Long Run yesterday is that I did a mild version of hill bounding on all of the uphills, which didn’t seem difficult at all while doing it, but which I could really feel this morning!
