LMLS, 11.8 miles of loops around Hamel Park, SAM Easy. Ran OUTSIDE!
23 deg F sounded warm (compared to what we've had lately), but my fingers were seriously cold, and it was a bit windier than expected. My pace just kept getting faster today. I could barely get out of bed, and I worried that I had only had 10:00 pace in me. I was like a metronome at 7:42 pace for about 4 miles, and it felt really comfortable. A slight tweak in my right hamstring seemed like it was going to be a problem early in the run, but it warmed up and worked itself out nicely. Avg HR 138 bpm.
