21 mile Long Run in 2:50:00. Felt a little sluggish for the first few miles. Surprised at the pace today (8:08 avg). Expected to run at closer to 8:30 pace, but 8:00 pace feels fairly easy these days. Humid today. I brought the 4-pack hydration belt with Blue Powerade (full strength in 2, other 2 were mostly water). Drank every 2 miles. No stomach issues. I may need to consider carrying fluids with me during TCM. Legs were starting to feel crampy towards the end, but I could've gone another mile or two. I'll have to check -- this may be my longest training run ever, or very close to it. Yes, longest by about 0.5 miles. Good to have run about 11 of those miles on the Luce Line Trail, giving the joints a bit of extra cushion. Also: I ran 12 miles yesterday, 10 of them at 7:09 pace.
