~1 mile at tempo (6:49) to "short tee-box" at Bearpath, then
jog (6:08) to Riley Park entrance, turn-around, back to light pole between the 2 Riley Park roads, then
~1 mile at tempo (6:24) to Candlewood Drive, then
jog (5:50) over bridge to Miller Park, then
~1 mile at tempo (5:39 -- a short mile) back to ACIST lot, then
Cool-down about a mile along path to Bridge and back (9:50).
