Easy 6, kept HR mostly under 132 bpm. I changed the Max HR # from 164 down to 139, since there was nothing even remotely challenging today -- all easy paced. Even the 139 seems high to me. Marathon in 3 days, but I don't feel like I usually do this close to a marathon. I feel pretty relaxed, no niggles, no weird anxiety, etc. Low expectations for Saturday anyhow. Looking at the fact that I only have 15 miles on the Skechers, I probably won't wear them on Saturday. I wore the Hokas today, and they felt great! They have over 550 miles on them, but still very cushiony, so I may wear them in Nebraska instead of the Kinvara 9's.
