Notes

Easy aerobic running around the block with 4 or 5 strides thrown in.

Did a tough, but short, workout afterwards-- squat to press, push-up to row, lunge to curl, and burpee to press, all with 15# dumb bells in each hand. I was completely wiped after maybe 5 minutes of that. Not a good sign for skiing.
