Pretty solid run, considering how wiped out I was after Sunday's long run, and how tough yesterday's short jog was. Good to feel some energy coming back. The route was Medina/24 West to Baker Park and back. Some pretty long hills mixed in there. This will probably become my main training route, and I think it's going to be a nice continuation of the hilly runs I was doing from our temporary quarters earlier this summer.
I wore the same shoes to run on 2 consecutive days. I don't recall the last time I did that.
