Mini-taper week for the Birkie. Warmup and speedup to 7.0 mph by mile 2, and through mile 7. 7.2 mph for miles 7 through 14. 7.3 mph briefly, but if did not feel sustainable today. 7.2 was tough, but I could've kept going.
