Plymouth Firefighters 5K. Ran per HermosaBoy's suggested pace plan ... maybe started pushing a bit earlier than planned, but hey, I had a chance to place ... and did. 3rd OA. Nice plaque!

13.1K = 8.1 miles, which would be about perfect if I include w/u and c/d DURING the race ...
