19.1 miles Total, w/ 9 miles at GMP.
2 mi w/u, 7 miles @ ~8:05 pace, then 9 miles at 6:51 avg pace, then 1.1 mi c/d. Last mile of Tempo portion was at 6:42 pace, fastest of the group. First mile was 7:06, which had me concerned, but it got easier as I warmed up to the faster paces.
Good confidence building workout. Running at MP after 9 miles is something I've ever attempted before in training, and it actually went better than I expected. One more of these workouts 2 weeks from now.
