10.5 miles, 7 mph (8:34 pace), 139 bpm avg -- perfect numbers!
HRM was very erratic for quite a while at beginning. But then, ROCK STEADY HR numbers -- even a bit on the low side of the planned range, 134-155. Maybe a sign that I am fully (or almost fully) recovered from being sick. It should also be noted that my resting HR was a lot lower this morning than it has been for awhile. I recorded 49 bpm here and in RW, but that was actually the average!! There was a 3.5 minute period where it didn't go above 47!
