strides, sorta: 30 secs at progressively faster speeds, 7 mph, then 0.5 mph increments up to 10 mph, then 11 mph and 12 mph. 12 mph felt great for 30 seconds.

I did not do the planned 13 mi run since I skied 9 miles yesterday afternoon after doing a 9 mile (4 mi Tempo) in the morning. Soreness should set in by tomorrow.
