16.6 mile Long Run in 2:18:21 (~8:20 pace). Last run of Aerobic Phase. Much shorter than last week's long run (19.5 mi), but today ran outdoors, AND yesterday's Out n Back was pretty tough. Happy with a 6 mile stretch (miles 10-15) with the following splits: 8:15, 7:52, 8:08, 7:47, 8:07, 7:57.
