Light stretching, 6 mi total, with Cut-Downs -- 2 x (3 x 100m) -- followed up with SAM Easy.
Felt easy. Garmin Connect again shows a nice ramp up of pace "spikes" on the pace plot:
5:24 / 4:50 / 4:34 in first set,
5:27 / 5:00 / 4:16 in second set. That last sprint really felt good. I'm curious how long I could maintain that speed ...
