Alternations workout, 10 miles alternating every 0.5 miles between faster (6:30-ish) and slower (7:10-ish) paces.

Today was longer (10 vs. 9.5 miles the last 2 weeks), and appears to be faster than prior efforts on both legs.

ETA: I modified the Max HR recorded. It measured 180 as the max, but this was during my cool-down. Other than this anomaly, my HR peaked during each "fast" segment somewhere close to 160 bpm, with 161 bpm being the highest point on the graph (other than the bogus reading).
