100/100's: to do this on a TM, I did 22 secs ON, 38 secs FLOAT, so that I was starting each ON (Fast) sprint at the turn of the minute. (I believe the RW plan is :19 sec / :29 sec, so my floats were just a tad long perhaps.

NOTE: My right hammy got real tight, like it was about to cramp up, maybe on the 7th or 8th one. I favored it a little after that, but did not need to slow down. It felt fine, but I probably should've slowed the fast pace to 10.8 or so. I may have had some residual fatigue from Ron Daws just 2 days ago. That said, today did not feel difficult overall. Only 6.5 miles total, and only intense for about 13 minutes. Did a decent SAM Easy afterwards with stretching. (I skipped the LMLS before the run since I was worried someone was going to grab the TM ahead of me!)
