8 miles easy, and it's actually starting to feel easy again. Miles 3-7 were 8:10, 8:03, 7:49, 8:05, 8:17, and it felt like I was really taking it easy, so that's a good sign. Looking forward to tomorrow's Strength workout (3 x 2 mi @ 6:42 pace).
