After warm-up mile, VERY steady numbers, using 1.0% incline, 7.2 mph ---> 140 bpm HR with little fluctuation.
First time actually running in NB Trail Minimus. Felt fine, although pads of toes were sore afterwards.
Resting HR was done while driving to work: 53 bpm!! I've seen it as low as 49, but that was while lying down!
