Progression, of sorts:
1st mile: w/u to 6.7 mph
2-4: 6.7 mph
5-8: 7.0 mph
9-12: 7.3 mph (felt ok, not too difficult)
0.8 mi c/d
This run went well, despite being short of the "planned" mileage. (Post-Birkie, I cut myself some slack this week in ramping my mileage back up.) Happy with how I ran and how I felt, all things considered.
