Afternoon, TM at work, 1 mile jog, then an upper body strength circuit (Birkie prep), followed by SAM Easy.

The upper body stuff should not have been difficult, but I feel completely wiped out by it! I need to do a bit of this daily to get ready for Birkie in a month!
