Hill work on Cty Rd 6 consisting of 9 up and down hill repeats (UP Hollandale to Ferndale and back down).

Max HR seemed to be right around 162 as I finished each hill, dropping back to about 130 before starting the next hill.

Still tired from Sunday's 20-miler, but not sore or aching, just fatigued.
