Notes

Run. Started VERY easy, walk/jog. Moved into a phase of 1 minute walk, 1 minute slow jog, 1 minute aerobic B (9:00-ish pace by feel, 1 minute aerobic A (8:00-8:30 pace by feel), then 1 minute at threshold effort (faster than 6:30 by feel), then start over with walk. Repeated that sequence 3 times, then did more aerobic running with alactic hill sprints and walk breaks, and more alactic sprints (3x) near the end.

Felt good to run after 2 days of long ski outings. It was key to warm up slowly today and mix in plenty of walking at the beginning.
