Jogged to a porta-john at half-way point, stopped GPS, jogged for a total of 0.5 miles before starting the 2nd half.
Tough workout, but not too tough. 1.5 mile w/u, 1 mile c/d.
The hills on this route are pretty exhausting. Good sign that I was able to maintain these paces on this route.
