14 mile Out n Back, 15.6 miles total. Cty 6 to Med Lk, then Luce Line back to Ferndale. Avg pace during 14 miles was very close to 7:22, just a bit faster than the plan 7:31 pace. HR avg was about 152 during Out n Back portion, with a peak of about 161 bpm (Plan HR range is 143 to 166 bpm, so just about perfect.)
