Alternations: 1.5 mi w/u, then 9.5 miles of 0.5 miles fast (6:31 avg pace), 0.5 miles float (7:22 avg pace).
Tough workout just 3 days after a 15K race. I gave myself permission to go by feel and not push the pace today. Turns out, the fast portions stayed pretty close to what I ran the last 2 weeks, and my slower portions were only somewhat slower (maybe 12 secs per mile slower). Happy with the effort, hope I didn't overdo it.
