20 miles total: 9 mi easy, 10 mi at MP, 1 mi c/d
10 miles at average pace of 6:52 -- perfect. After 2 mi w/u, avg pace for 7 mi (before fast portion) was 7:57.
Really happy with this. This was probably the scariest workout in my plan, and I thought I may have overdid my easy day yesterday -- some of my strides were much too fast. Still a few tough workouts ahead, but they all appear doable. Next week is a 22 mile Long Run, which will be my longest training run ever.
