part 2 of Long Run on TM at LTF (due to major winter storm ... on April 14).
Started and got back up to 7.3 mph quickly. Kept it there for 4 miles.
Then 7.8 mph for 3 miles, then 8.3 mph for 3 miles, then 2.5 miles easy.
SAM Easy, then some time in the hot-tub.
