Out-n-Back, 11.0 miles, with 61 minute tempo portion: 8.5 mi at 7:11 avg pace (goal pace was 7:20 for today).
Decent effort. Plan is to keep running these 1-hour runs at near-MP (with several miles of w/u and c/d) every Saturday, at least until the last 4 or 5 weeks. Ideally, I'll get this down to 6:52 pace or thereabouts. Weight after run was 148.5, which is high compared to the past week's numbers. But I still think I am on a good trend to gradually get down to about 145 by race day.
