10.8 Out and Back run on Treadmill. Avg HR during sustained portion was pretty steady ~ 160 bpm. Felt a bit difficult towards end, but effort good overall. (I resisted temptation to go faster sooner. On home treadmill, the 7.4 mph first half followed by 7.5 mph second half is about right, for now at least.)
