ran too fast. 6:42 avg pace. HR was above LT, I think. It was around 170 during the last mile, so a bit on the high side. Felt good, though. First mile split was 6:32, which I knew was too fast. I slowed a bit, and my second mile was my slowest, but still 6:49. This is either a really good sign for my level of fitness, or a really bad over-training effort that I will pay for later. We'll see.
