Ran the Victory 10K race, but ran it as an Intervals workout -- 1 mile easy, 1 mile hard -- goal was 8:00 pace / 6:37 pace. I ended up with:
7:43 -- 6:36
7:54 -- 6:15
7:49 -- 6:22
Then 5:27 pace for last portion (qtr mile or so).
