Long Run, 17.5 miles total, nice progression toward the end. Felt like I had plenty in the tank at the end.
Wore the Saucony Kinvara 4's, and will probably wear them for the marathon in 3 weeks.

5 mi slow build up to 8:20 pace, then 5 mi @ 8:20 pace, then 5 mi @ 7:40 pace, then 1 mi C/D (9:15 pace).
